Meet Matt Draper

I work with couples, teens, and adolescents, helping them navigate challenges related to relationships, emotional regulation, identity development, and life transitions. With couples, I focus on improving communication, rebuilding trust, and fostering a deeper emotional connection. With teens and adolescents, I provide a supportive space to explore their experiences, build coping skills, and strengthen their sense of self during critical stages of development. At the core of my work is the belief that every person has an innate capacity for growth, resilience, and meaningful change.
